Thank you for ordering your flowers from www.flowers.com.my. We would like to inform you that orders from this site are subject to the following terms & conditions: - All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia.
- Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
- Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine's day have different prices.
- Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted; we can only process your order upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation can only be done 48 hours before the time of delivery. After 48 hours, the full amount will be charged.
- Please provide all details asked for in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
- Please check our delivery schedule for delivery times.
- www.flowers.com.my will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 2 hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.
- All information kept by us will be strictly confidential and kept in an off-line environment and restricted access to certain staff only.
- As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is a problem. All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.
