Malaysian deliveries will be made on the same day for all orders received before 12:00 PM (excluding holidays and festive seasons). Otherwise the deliveries will be made on the next day, or on the first day of the following week if you happened to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday. For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special dates where flowers traditionally are in big demand, please submit your order at least two days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks. Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on public holidays and/or Sundays.

- Click “Order Online” and Create an Account for 1st timer.
- Click "Click on Picture or Description" to select item.
- Click "Add to Cart" button.
- Repeat Step 2 & 3 to continue shopping.
- Amend your shopping cart with "Delete" button.
- Click "Check Out" Button to proceed to order details.
- Select payment mode and fill in your order details.
- Furnish complete address, telephone contact and message.
- We have 3 modes of payment Credit Card (Visa or Master), deposit to Bank Accounts (MBB,BCB,SBB,HLB) and Maybank2u.

- Can the orders be fulfilled all the time?
Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colors may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers' sizes. In certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item that is of equal or higher value. Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used. Prices shown are not for St. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Prices for the two celebrations will be announced two weeks on this site prior to the celebrations.
- What happens when the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to: Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for redelivery. Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. If instructed by the customer, call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower arrangement to their place of work. Please note: Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 to 5). Deliveries in the early morning or after 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. would require prior arrangement.
- Can my arrangement be delivered on Sundays & Public Holidays?
Kindly acknowledge us earlier (1 to 2 days) for deliveries to be made on Sunday and Saturday ie. by Friday or Thursday. Certain States in Malaysia may practice weekends on Friday and Saturday, we will deliver the flowers on the next working day. In the event the delivery date is a Public Holiday, we may deliver on the next working day. At all times we will strive to deliver on the date prescribed, and if we are not able to, we will advise you as soon as possible. On occasions like Valentines & Mothers Day we will be extending our hours of delivery. For these peak occasions, we strongly advise you to place your order earlier.
- How far in advance can I place an order?
You can place an order up to 90 days before the delivery date.
