FRESHNESS AND QUALITY GUARANTEE
If flowers arrive in poor condition, wilted, or damaged, customers can typically request a refund or a replacement. Flowers.com.my will require photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
WRONG ORDERS OR DELIVERY ERRORS
If the wrong flowers or arrangement are delivered, or if there's a delivery issue (such as wrong address or late delivery), the customer is usually entitled to a full refund or a replacement order. No Refund/Replacement will be made if the customer has made the wrong order or provided the wrong address.
PAYMENT DISPUTES OR CHARGEBACKS
If a customer disputes a payment or requests a chargeback from their bank, Flowers.com.my may cancel the order and/or withhold a refund, especially if Flowers.com.my provided the flowers in good faith. However,Flowers.com.my will try to resolve the issue amicably before any chargeback is pursued.
REFUND REQUESTS TIMELINE
Refunds are usually granted within a specific period (often 24 to 48 hours after delivery). The sooner you contact the store, the higher the chances of a successful refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Custom or specially arranged items might not be refundable unless there is an issue with quality or accuracy. Flowers.com.my also have a "no refund" policy on discounted or sale items.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
You may cancel your orders on Flowers.com.my before 72 hours of delivery. Any order within a 72-hour delivery period cannot be canceled and will be charged the full fee.
